The furniture is very classic style

There is a wide doorway in Janet‘s room, presumably to a sitting room. There are curtains on each side, and a valance across the top. Gilded Frames. Fancy chairs. Scone lights and wooden carving along the tops of the walls.

Trixie's silk floral sheath dress with mandarin  collar is gorgeous

Della's black striped outfit with black turtleneck in Janet’s bedroom is gorgeous. 

Mrs. Holmes' gown is very classic and timeless.

Her dress at Brent Party is absolutely gorgeous and definitely shows her shape. If in color either a lavender or light blue in color and coordinate perfectly with silver shoes and purse. Her mink stole was expensive and showed her status.
